OLYMOS (Kafaca) Turkey.

Site in Caria, 8 km N-NW of Milâs. Probably to be identified with the Hylimos which figures in the Athenian tribute lists. Incorporated with Mylasa in the 2d c. B.C. There are no standing ruins, but the site of the Temple of Apollo and Artemis has been located from inscriptions and other ancient stones.
