[1416] ὧν ἐπαιτεῖς ἐς δέον = seasonably in respect of those things which (ὧν = τούτων you ask. For the gen. of relation cp. Xen. Hell. 6.2.9κεῖσθαι τὴν Κέρκυραν ἐν καλῷ μὲν τοῦ Κορινθιακοῦ κόλπου καὶ τῶν πόλεων αἳ ἐπὶ τοῦτον καθήκουσιν” ( “conveniently in respect to ”), ἐν καλῷ δὲ τοῦ τὴν Λακωνικὴν χώραν βλάπτειν.

τὸ πράσσειν καὶ τὸ βουλεύειν are strictly accusatives of respect, “as to the doing and the planning, ” i.e. with a view to doing and planning. So Soph. Ant. 79, Soph. El. 1030, Soph. OC 442, Soph. Phil. 1253, etc.
