φυσιῶν, breathing hard: “ῥοήν” is governed by “ἐκβάλλει” only. But in Aesch. Ag. 1389 the compound governs the acc.: “κἀκφυσιῶν ὀξεῖαν αἵματος σφαγὴν βάλλει μ᾽ ἐρεμνῇ ψακάδι φοινίας δρόσου.

ῥοὴν is plainly right: the bad variant, “πνοήν”, was perh. suggested by “φυσιῶν”.
