δίκαια: for the plur., cp. 887σχέτλια” (n.).

κτείναντα: as Creüsa says to her living son ( Eur. Ion 1500) “ἔκτεινά σ᾽ ἄκους᾿”, i.e., ‘doomed thee to perish.’ So Soph. O. C. 1008κλέψας τὸν ἱκέτην”, meaning that Creon had purposed to seize him.
