μὴ οὐ, since τί μέλλει is equiv. to “μὴ μελλέτω”: cp. Aesch. P. V. 627“τί δῆτα μέλλεις μὴ οὐ γεγωνίσκειν τὸ πᾶν;” παρουσίαν ἔχειν=“παρεῖναι”: a periphrasis like “θήραν ἔχων” (564), “ἔχει στίβον” ( Ph. 157).
