σὺ δὴ (which has been needlessly altered, see cr. n.) suits the earnest appeal: ‘try to imagine for yourself what I felt.’

ἀνάστασιν, cogn. acc. with στῆναι as=“ἀναστῆναι” (cp. O. T. 50στάντες τ᾽ ἐς ὀρθόν”).
