προὐννέπω, primum iubeo, with acc. and inf., like “λέγω” in 137 (n.), and “ἐννέπω” in O. T.350.

φέρεις: for the change to direct address, cp. O. C.1353 f. (“τοῦδ̓” followed by “ κάκιστε”). For καὶ emphasizing the verb, cp. O. T.851εἰ δ᾽ οὖν τι κἀκτρέποιτο”.
