2. intr., blow to or over, “τόποιςThphr.Vent.27; “ἡμῖν . . π. αὖραιLuc.Am.12: impers., c. gen., ὡς ἡδύ μοι προσέπνευσε χοιρείων κρεῶν a sweet savour of pork is wafted to me, Ar.Ra.338.
