（Κασσιέπεια) or Cassiŏpé (Κασσιόπη). The wife
of Cepheus, in Aethiopia, and mother of Andromeda, whose beauty she extolled above that of the
Nereids. (See Andromeda.) She was afterwards
placed among the stars.
