The son of Alcinoüs, king of the Phaeacians, and Areté.


2.

The son of Eteocles, and king of Thebes, in whose reign the Epigoni marched against Thebes. In the battle against the Epigoni he slew their leader Aegialeus, but was himself slain by Alcmaeon. Others related that after the battle was lost Laodamas fled to the Encheleans in Illyricum (Herod.v. 61).
