LOPSICA (Λόψικα), a town of Liburnia, which Ptolemy (2.16.2; comp. Plin. Nat. 3.25) places near the mouth of the river Tedanius (Zermagna): perhaps the same place as the OSPELA of the Geographer of Ravenna. [E.B.J]
