2.4 Caesar speaks of the Condrusi, Eburones, Caeraesi, and Paemani, “qui uno nomine Germani appellantur;” but he does not name the Segni in that passage.
There is still a place named Sinei
on the borders of Namur;
and this may indicate the position of the Segni.
