TEBENDA (Τέβενδα a town in the interior of Pontus Galaticus (Ptol. 5.6.9), is no doubt the same as the Tebenna mentioned by Anna Comnena (p. 364, B.) as situated in the vicinity of Trapezus. [L.S]
