Eth. VISBU´RGII (Eth. Οὐισβούργιοι), a tribe in the southeast of Germany, about the sources of the Vistula, and placed by Ptolemy (2.11.21) near the Quadi, in the district to which Tacitus (Germ. 43) assigns the Gothini. [L.S]
