18. The imperative expresses a command, exhortation, entreaty, or prohibition (250 and 259). E.g. Φεῦγε, begone! Ἐλθέτω, let him come. Δός μοι τοῦτο, give me this. Μὴ ποίει ἄδικα, do not do what is unjust.
