[*] 345. Ὄφρα has the subjunctive in an object clause in Il. vi. 361, “ἤδη γάρ μοι θυμὸς ἐπέσσυται, ὄφρ᾽ ἐπαμύνω Τρώεσσι” , and the optative in Od. iv. 463, “τίς συμφράσσατο βουλὰς ὄφρα μ᾽ ἕλοις;” In Il. i. 523, “ἐμοὶ δέ κε ταῦτα μελήσεται ὄφρα τελέσσω” , ὄφρα may mean until.
