oscula, the mouth of Polyxena. consueta, (neuter plural) ‘as she was wont,’ misfortune having made the expression of grief familiar to her. The use is a common one. Cf. II. 265, “nec se super aequora curvi tollere consuetas audent delphines in auras”.
