ἀγνωμόνως ἔχετε. ἀγνώμων is (1) unreasoning, as here; (2) unfeeling.

ὥστε . . . ἐλπίζετε. Cf. note on ὅστις ἀγνοεῖ, i. § 15, “that you really expect.”

ἔχον ἐστὶ φύσιν=ἔχει φύσιν. φύσις forms no adjective of the required sense, but ἔχον ἐστὶ φύσιν parallels εὔλογον more closely than would ἔχει φύσιν.

ἔχοντας φυλάττειν, for φυλ. ἄν τις ἔχῃ.

πάντα, object of κτήσασθαι, and perhaps, but not necessarily, of φυλάττειν as well.
