Μενελάου: the name shows more feeling than the pron. “σοῦ” would have done. See on “Α᾿χιλλῆος ποθὴ ἵξεται Α” 240 (Achilles's own words). The epithet is added in a sort of contrast with the contempt implied in “ἐπιθρώσκων”.
