[3] νέκταρ ἐῳνοχόει: cf. “οἰνοχόει νέκταρ Α 598, ἵπποι βουκολέοντο γ” 221, ‘weekly journal’ (diurnus, i.e. ‘daily’). The original meaning of the compound verb was overlooked. The syllabic augment is used since “οἶνος” began with “Ϝ”. § 25 h; G. 104, N. 1; H. 359.
