[291] ῥῖνα: ‘limit of motion.’

λευκούς: a standing epithet, like that in “γάλα λευκόν” 902. See § 1 p. It is used more distinctively, of the wild boar, “θήγων” (whetting) “λευκὸν ὀδόντα Λ 416, σῦς ἤλασε λευκῷ ὀδόντι τ 393. — ἐπέρησεν”: sc. “βέλος” as subject.
