[503] 503-529. Paris joins Hector, and both return to the field of battle. Resumption of the story of 312-368, esp. 340 f.—This scene forms a sharp contrast with the preceding. Paris goes forth to battle without Hector's premonitions of disaster, and with no fears for the safety of his family.
