Luce'rius, Luce'ria

also Lucetius and Lucetia, that is, the giver of light, occur as surnames of Jupiter and Juno. According to Servius (Serv. ad Aen. 9.570) the name was used especially among the Oscans. (Macr. 1.15; Gellius, 5.12; Paul. Diac. p. 114, ed. Miller; comp. LUCINA.)
