Lyco'reus

2. A son of Apollo and the nymph Corycia, from whom Lycoreia, in the neighbourhood of Delphi, was believed to have derived its name. (Paus. 10.6.2.)

There are two other mythical personages of this name. (Apollon. 2.51; Serv. ad Aen. 2.761.)
