Μολοσσός), a son of Pyrrhus, or Neoptolemus, and Andromache, from whom the country of Molossia was believed to have derived its name. (Paus. 1.11.1; Schol. ad Pind. Nem. 7.56; Serv. ad Aen. 3.297.)
