Ovi'iNIUS

2. Q. Ovinius, a Roman senator, was put to death by Octavianus on the conquest of M. Antonius and Cleopatra, because he had disgraced himself by taking charge of the lanificium and textrinum of the Egyptian queen. (Oros. 6.19.)
