M. Valerius Homullus
consul under Antoninus Pius A. D. 152 with M. Acilius Glabrio. His joke against the emperor is recorded by Capitolinus (M. Ant. Phil.
He may have been a descendant of the Titius Homullus, whom the younger Pliny speaks of as one of the orators of his time (Ep.
4.9, 5.20, 6.19).
