--It is stated that in consequence of informalities in voting in some of the counties, by which some of the Bell and Everett Electors were not voted for, the Electoral vote of Virginia will stand — Bell 9, Breckinridge 6, or Bell 11, Breckinridge 4.
The numbers are not stated very certainly, but it seems to be generally understood that the Electoral vote will be divided.
