with Pleasure, I have noticed in our papers a voice coming from the sons and daughters of Virginia in relation to the new law, which is now in agitation in the General Assembly of Virginia, known as the Stay Law; but allow me, as a good Virginian, to say that I am opposed to it out and out. It cannot help us, and may do us no end of injury. Modus.
