--The Young Guard are making arrangements to give their annual ball, on the night of the 22d of February. We hear that it will be given in the large and elegant apartment at the Spotswood House, but of this we are not positive. The company intend to make it one of the most brilliant festivals that our citizens ever participated in.

The ball of Company "G," at the Mechanics' Institute, on the same night, will be another splendid affair. We hope the "gallant and the gay" will keep these coming events in their minds.
