The value of Electioneering services.

--A suit was tried before Justice Sanford this morning, says the Newark (N. J. ) Advertiser of the 28th, in which a well known Democratic politician brought a suit against a successful Democratic candidate for a leading office at the late election, to recover, for the electioncering services rendered. He charged ten dollars per week for the services, stating that he spent four weeks and eight dollars for other purposes connected therewith. No defence was set up.
