adjourned to meet at the Mechanics' Institute, at 12 o'clock to-day.
Among the absent delegates yesterday, were Ex-President Tyler
, who is engaged in the Peace Conference at Washington
, and Ex-Governor Wise
, detained at home by sickness in his family.
