Death of an old Citizen.

--Mr. Wm. Caulfield, a resident of this city, who constituted in himself a link between the past and present, deceased yesterday, at the ripe age of 79 years. He was a lawyer by profession, and for many years past a teacher of youth. As a member of the honored fraternity of Masons, his remains will be conducted to their last resting place, to-day, by his brethren of Richmond Lodge, No. 10.
