Trustee's Sale of Twelve Valuable Negroes.--In pursuance of a deed of trust, executed to me on the 2d day of April, 1860, and duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Hustings Court of the city of Richmond, and at the request of the parties interested, I shall proceed to sell at auction, at the auction house of Dickinson, Hill & Co., on Thursday, Feb. 21, 1860, Twelve Negroes.
