Found guilty of petty larceny.

--Lorenzo W. Frazier, on trial before Judge Lyons on Tuesday, for burglary and grand larceny, in breaking into Messrs. Davis & Orvis' office, on 12th street, has been acquitted by the jury of those offences, but was found guilty of petty larceny. The prisoner will not be sentenced for several days.
