Murder.

--The Selma (Ala.) Issue, of Monday, states that Mrs. Millington, wife of the Superintendent of the Alabama and Tennessee Railroad, had been arrested for whipping a negro woman to death. She was ordered to be committed after examination to jail. She is an English woman.
