The South Carolina State bonds.

--The Bank of the State of South Carolina advertises, says the Charleston Mercury, for a loan, amounting to $675,000, bearing an interest of seven per cent, per annum. The bonds will be issued in sums of $50, $100, and $500, and arrangements have been made with the Clerks of Courts in the several Districts, that citizens in all parts of the State may participate in its benefits.
