Correspondence of the Richmond Dispatch.
Preparation in Cumberland.

Our County Court met on the 30th ultimo, (called session,) and appropriated to each of the three volunteer companies $3,333 ½ (being ten thousand dollars) for arming the same.--Two companies, the Troop and a Rifle company, being organized, promptly procured the money, purchased the most approved arms, and are now ready to repel Black Republicans, if they attempt to coerce any "seceded or seceding State." The third was not fully organized, but rest assured that it, too, "will be also ready." M.
