Secession flag Raising.

--A large number of citizens, resident in the neighborhood of "Skin quarter," in Chesterfield county, raised a secession flag on the 14th inst., amid the firing of guns and other demonstrations of joy. Samuel Flournoy addressed the assemblage, (a large majority of which is stated to have been composed of recent Union men,) in favor of a Southern Confederacy. The flag bears seven stars, and an inscription of "Secession per se," and "Southern Confederacy." The movement originated with a prominent opponent of the Secession candidates at the last election.
