Death of a daughter of Charles Carroll, of Carrolton.

--The Baltimore correspondent of the New York Times writes:

‘ Last week Mrs. Harper, daughter of Chas. Carroll, of Carrolton, died here. She was present as a child when Washington resigned his commission at Annapolis. Her picture may be seen as one of the two auburn-haired girls in Col. Trumbull's painting in the Rotunda of the National Capitol.
