C. W. Couldock's Benefit.

--It is seldom that our citizens have an occasion to recognize and express their appreciation of such true genius and artistic excellence as will be offered at our Theatre to-night, when Mr. Couldock, pre-eminently an ornament to his profession, an artist bringing to the stage not only most admirable delineations, but those graces which only the gentleman and scholar can impart to his performances, will present his name as a beneficiary. Mr. C. appears in two of his best personation, and to those who admire the pure and legitimate drama, in lifelike portrayal, we commend, particularly, the bill of this evening, and the beneficiary of the occasion.
