Board of claims.

--Senate bill proposing to establish the above Board, provides that it shall consist of the First and Second Auditor, and Registrar of the Land Office, who may pay all claims allowed by them ‘"which cannot be paid by the Auditor of Public Accounts under existing laws."’ Persons can apply to the Board within five years of the time of the origination of claim, and have it audited and paid in an amount, in case it does not exceed $100. Claims exceeding that amount may be recommended to the General Assembly.
