--The Louisiana State Convention, Wednesday, adopted an ordinance dividing Louisiana into six Congressional Districts.
Also, an ordinance transferring the public funds to the Confederate States.
An act abolishing the free banking system, and introducing the general charter system, was passed.
The Convention then adjourned sine die.
