--Mayor Moody of Belfast, was inaugurated on Monday last.
After being sworn into office, he addressed the City Council as fellows: ‘"Gentlemen of the City Council--I presume those who voted for me on Tuesday last knew that I was not a talking man, but a working man; and now, gentlemen, I am here ready to go to work."’
