Charleston, April 2.
--The State Convention, in secret session, are discussing the Constitution, which will doubtless be ratified tomorrow by a large majority.

Charleston, April 3.
--The Convention today, by a vote of 149 to 29, ratified the permanent Constitution. The members will change to-morrow, when the minority will be reduced to 10 or 12.
