Free Negro pardoned.

--On Tuesday last the Executive pardoned and released from imprisonment in the city jail, Frances Moore, a Rockingham free negro, who was convicted by the judgment of the Hustings Court of this city, on the 11th of February, of grand larceny in purloining four silk dresses, the property of Miss Sarah Mayhew, stolen while the latter was stopping at the house of Rev. Patterson Fletcher, of this city. The Court, in pursuance of law, condemned the prisoner to be sold into absolute slavery, on Monday next, by the City Sergeant.
