A Washington dispatch says Fort Sumter
is to be supplied to-morrow at daylight, * by small boats filled with sand-bags and yawls with troops — the yawls to go on the side next Fort Sumter
, having the small boats between them and the enemies'batteries.
The war vessels are to protect with their fire a force which is to be landed at Morris
' Island, to take the batteries there.
