--A. S. Bates was arrested on Tuesday last, in Parkeraburg, by Marshal Dils, on a charge of robbing the jewelry store of Mr. Cleaton, in Martinsburg, Va., in November last, of goods to the amount of $8,800. A reward of $500 had been previously offered for his arreat.
The prisoner was taken to Martinaburg for trial.
