Plant Ecru.

We would again suggest to the farmers of Virginia to proceed vigorously in planting the largest amount possible of corn, and vegetables of all sorts, including potatoes. It is new a patriotic duty, as well as likely to be a remunerative labor. The troops of our State and of the other Southern States will have to be fed, and they should be abundantly supplied. Let all the manufacturing establishments, also, be kept busily at work.
