A row among the Hessians — high Old
Albany, N. Y., April 29.
--A desperate row took place at the Adams House to-day--one of the deposits for the volunteers.
The men complained of the food furnished them, and an officer knocked down a waiter — a general row followed, in which chairs, tables and windows were smashed.
One of the Delavan House waiters was thrown from a window and had his leg badly broken.
Pistols were fired and knives were drawn, and several men were badly cut. Men were injured indiscriminately.
The Governor repaired to the scene of conflict.
The police were called out before the row could be quelled.
